In-Company English Courses

We offer in-company part-time and full-time English courses to 18 years+ students from elementary to upper-intermediate level. All our courses include an individual assessment and a certificate of achievement. Our English courses aim at improving students’ confidence, enhancing their communication skills and allowing you to easily access job opportunities in their industry. Each class has a maximum of 18 students.

We provide English tuition to clients organisations in London and throughout the United Kingdom. All our In-company English training courses are designed and delivered to specific learning needs, schedules, and budgets.

How In-Company English Works?

We’ll create a proposal with details of course outlines, learning objectives and delivery, courses feedback, reviews and assessments. This can be discussed and amended as you require. Once we come to an agreement, we can deliver the English lessons to you.

You will be able to track lesson attendance, course content, assessment results, test results and feedback. Our Manager will work with you to ensure the overall success of the programme. Any issues relating to the content or delivery of the course are immediately adjusted. 

Our English courses include:

General English

In order to achieve fluency and accuracy, students will need to improve all of their key English skills. We want to make sure that they get the most out of your lessons, and our General English course will focus on speaking and listening, pronunciation, reading and writing, grammar and vocabulary. Our the teachers will use materials from different sources, including textbook to keep the content relevant and up-to-date.

 

Business English

Being able to communicate in English is a vital skill to have in the professional world. As an English speaker, students can often benefit from higher salaries in countries where English is not the first language. Additionally, there is a better chance of having an international career. This course is designed to expand their vocabulary and to master words and phrases that relate to a work environment.

This programme will allow the students to make the most of job opportunities in their industry. Students will have the opportunity to learn workplace language. This course is designed for those who are required to use English in their studies, jobs or for those taking internships/apprenticeships.

The course content is personalised for the group, but popular topics include:

Useful office terms and expressions

Vocabulary related to business

Written business communication such as letters, emails, and reports

Writing executive summaries

Managing phone calls

Making presentation using PowerPoint

Business negotiation

Recruitment practice and procedures

Presenting data and describing trends

Participating in meetings

 

Learning Journey

English Level Overview

In a few weeks:

  • be able to shop or travel with basic English
  • know the fundamentals of English pronunciation

By the end of this level:

  • make simple sentences and reply to simple questions
  • talk about likes/dislikes, family and routines
  • order a meal in a  restaurant
  • go shopping and understand and write basic text

By the end of this level: 

  • talk with confidence (go shopping, book a hotel room)
  • make conversation in English
  • write & understand simple written text
  • understand a wider range of grammar and vocabulary

By the end of this level: 

  • take part in routine conversations
  • write & understand simple written text
  • make notes & understand most of the general meaning of lectures, meetings, TV programmes
  • extract basic information from a written document.

By the end of this level: 

  • take part in extended conversations
  • write &  understand most text, including a simple essay
  • understand most of a TV programme, presentation or lecture, but not technical or theoretical information

By the end of this level: 

  • take part in lengthy conversations & discussions
  • write and understand most text including formal, academic and professional documents
  • easily understand TV, plays, films, lectures and presentations

To improve:

  • Increase your understanding of the nuances of the language
  • engage in independent reading to develop your vocabulary further
